After years of researching what our clients need from their flooring, Town & Country collaborated with leading manufacturers to create our own beautiful collection of engineered timber flooring. With both Prefinished and Raw options available, you can choose between our European Oak or Australian Native engineered timber species, available in floorboard or parquetry designs.
We are thrilled to offer the T&C collection to our clients, at a special ‘in house’ rate. If that isn't enough to excite you, the lifetime structural warranties will definitely give you peace of mind, and a floor your family (and your feet) will love to live on!

Every range in the T&C collection uses natural timber sourced sustainably with a chain of custody and PEFC accreditation. And at each stage of the manufacturing process we use the most up to date technology, reducing waste and making production efficient.
When our local team install this floor for you, the process is quiet and precise thanks to our trowel or bead glue system, ensuring stability throughout every season and environment, including the use of under floor heating.
Cabinetry can be fitted before or after the floor, however skirting boards will be fitted once the floor is installed to ensure the best finish.
Your floor is then custom finished to suit internal floor covering joins and external doorways, and sealed with our eco-friendly Loba water-based coatings, completing the high quality look and feel of our collection.

This range is a Prefinished Engineered Timber featuring European Oak in its natural form with 12 exciting colour ways available. Boasting a contemporary style and natural character, this impressive range has been carefully selected to compliment any space.
Stunning grain structure, vibrant knots and natural colour variations. 6 coats of Bona Naturale UV lacquer enhance the natural appearance of the timber, whilst providing superior protection from daily wear.
Rustic Australian Natives (Square Edge)

Why recreate colour and design when nature provides it? This range is a Prefinished Engineered timber that highlights the natural characteristics of the wood with a stunning grain structure, vibrant knots and colour variations.
Finished with 6 coats of Bona Naturale UV lacquer to enhance the timber's raw natural appearance, while still providing superior protection from day-to-day wear. These timber species will stand out in any space.

This range is a Prefinished Engineered timber and is available in both the ever popular Spotted Gum and Blackbutt.
A combination between the classic features of Australian Eucalyptus with an ever reliable Plywood core. Thanks to this bonding process,
we've created an authentic Australian timber visual, with the added stability and durability of an engineered timber construction.

This range is a UV Oiled Prefinished Engineered European Oak Timber, with 3 options in the collection to choose from.
With a textured surface thanks to a light wire brushing, as well as beveled sides this floor can also be installed over underfloor heating.
There are a range of installation options available, and this floor can be maintained in the future (assess in around 5 years time) with either Loba Oil or Loba water-based Polyurethane. Any scratch marks that occur in the oil finish should be repaired with the Tibet Almond Stick.

This range is a Raw Engineered Australian Timber, available in Blackbutt and Spotted Gum.
Upon installtion we will lightly sand the floor and apply a coating of your choice from Loba in a 2pack water-based polyurethane finish available as Invisible Protect for the most natural, matt finish, Extra Matt, Matt/Satin & Semi-Gloss.
Europol Universal sealer is also available to use as the first coat to enhance the natural colour of the timber. By using the Loba Pro-colour stains, we can even create a custom colour for your project.
Arcadian Raw European Oak

This range is a Raw Engineered European Oak timber and is available in both select and rustic grades.
The select grade offers a smooth surface with square edges and an interlocking tongue and groove fitting system.
The rustic grade boasts a more textured surface thanks to a light wire brushing, as well as beveled sides and a uniclic fitting system.
